What to Expect When You Arrive
Your first visit is meant to feel easy and welcoming.
Here’s what to know before you come:
Shoes are removed at the entrance to help keep the studio clean and comfortable.
Classes begin on time, so we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to get settled.
Mats and props are available — you’re welcome to bring your own, but it’s not required.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and relax in. No special yoga attire needed.
Water is available, though bringing your own bottle is always a good idea.
Registering ahead of time is the best way to let us know you’re coming and reserve your space.
No flexibility or prior yoga experience is required — just come as you are.
Still wondering about something? We’re happy to help. Most students feel a little nervous before their first class…..and relieved once they begin.
