Class & Event Cancellation Policies

Late Cancel / No-Show Fees

  • Because space is limited, a $10 no-show fee will be charged for:

    • Failing to cancel at least 3 hours before a regular class

    • Failing to cancel at least 24 hours before a Series, Workshop, or Special Event

    • Unlimited members are exempt from the 3 Hour window on regular classes, but are subject to cancellation policy on no-show and special events.

  • Please note: Calling, texting, or emailing does not guarantee removal from the roster — you must cancel online via your student account (see FAQ for instructions).

Chair Yoga

  • 1-hour cancellation window: If you cancel within 1 hour of class start time or do not attend, the class will be deducted from your pass.

Failed Payment for Late Cancel / No-Show Fee

  • If your card on file has insufficient funds:

    • We will remove a credit from your class pass, or

    • We will disable your membership until your card is updated.

Membership & Pass Policies

Basic Membership

  • Unused visits do not roll forward.

  • No pauses available for this membership

  • Can cancel at anytime

Class Passes & Gift Cards

  • Expiration dates:

    • Drop-In Pass: 30 days after purchase

    • 4-Class Chair Pass: 120 days after purchase

    • 5-Class Pass: 90 days after purchase

    • 10-Class Pass: 120 days after purchase

    • Gift Cards: 1 year after purchase

  • Unused Class Pass visits may be rolled forward if a new pass is purchased within 30 days of expiration (must contact info@sukhainspired.com or 937-507-8266).

Monthly Memberships

  • Auto-debits on the same date each month.

  • May be paused up to twice per calendar year, for 30 days each time (a total of 60 days annually) by emailing at least 7 days before your next draft date. Billing resumes automatically after pause period.

  • Cancel anytime via Union.Fit. No refunds or prorations.

Annual Memberships

  • Auto-debits on or around the same date each year (sale prices renew at full rate).

  • May be paused as often as needed, up to 90 days total per membership year (based on your purchase date).

  • Cancel anytime via Union.Fit (no refunds or prorations).

  • In a major life emergency, studio may consider transferring remaining membership to a friend or family member (case-by-case).

Refund Policies

Classes

  • No cash refunds for class cancellations. Unused classes remain on your account until expiration.

Series, Workshops & Special Events

  • No refunds or credits within 14 days of start date.

  • Cancellations more than 14 days prior will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

  • Within 14 days, you may transfer your ticket to another participant (studio approval required).

Private Instruction

  • Full deposit due at booking; includes a $30 non-refundable portion.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the full deposit.

  • If the instructor cancels, you may choose a full refund or credit.

Studio Policies

  • Classes, series, or events may be canceled due to low attendance. Please register online for any class you plan to attend.

  • In the case of a studio cancellation due to un-forseen circumstances:

    • Regular class credits remain on your account.

    • Special events: You will receive a full account credit unless you request a refund to your original payment method.

  • Doors open 10–15 minutes before class and lock at start time. Please arrive early to check in and get settled. Door is locked at class start time.
